When businesses don't fully trust each other, they reconcile endless conflicting copies of the truth. We build permissioned and custom distributed ledgers โ Hyperledger, Corda, and bespoke chains โ that give a consortium one tamper-proof, auditable source of truth with sub-second finality.

Shared truth, kept private
DLT earns its place when multiple organizations need the same record but can't appoint one of them to keep it. We engineer the consensus, privacy, and governance that makes that real.
Banks, suppliers, and regulators read the same tamper-evident ledger โ no more reconciling five copies of the same disputed spreadsheet.
Channels, private data collections, and selective disclosure keep commercial data confidential while the shared state stays verifiable.
BFT consensus gives sub-second, final settlement โ no probabilistic confirmations to wait on before a transaction is trusted.
Every state change is cryptographically signed and traceable โ regulators and auditors get provenance instead of after-the-fact paperwork.
What you get
Not a science project โ a governed, documented ledger network with onboarding, an explorer, and the consensus model your use case needs.
From trust model to live network
We map who participates, what they trust, and what must stay private โ then choose permissioned, public, or custom and the right consensus.
Node topology, validator set, BFT/Raft consensus, and privacy channels designed for your throughput, finality, and confidentiality needs.
Smart contracts/chaincode for your workflows, plus integration with existing ERP, banking, or supply-chain systems via APIs.
A multi-party pilot, participant onboarding, and monitoring โ with the option for us to operate the network as it scales.
DLT, in production
A produce-export consortium reconciled shipments across five companies and three banks by hand โ slow, disputed, and expensive. We deployed a permissioned Hyperledger network with privacy channels.

โFive companies, three banks, and everyone kept their own version of the truth. Disputes ate weeks. The shared ledger gave us sub-second settlement and a single record nobody can quietly edit. Reconciliation costs dropped almost ninety percent.โ
Straight answers
Distributed ledger technology is a system where a shared record of transactions is replicated across many independent nodes, kept in sync by a consensus protocol, and made tamper-evident through cryptography. Blockchain is one type of DLT. The value for businesses is a single, trusted source of truth across organizations that don't fully trust each other โ without a central operator.
A public ledger (like Ethereum) is open to anyone and secured by economic incentives. A permissioned ledger restricts who can run nodes and validate โ ideal for consortia of known businesses (banks, suppliers, regulators) that need privacy, throughput, and governance while still removing a central middleman. We build both and advise on the right fit.
We build on Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Hyperledger Besu, and Quorum for enterprise/consortium use cases, and on public chains where openness matters. For specialized needs we engineer custom chains or app-chains with the consensus and privacy model the use case requires.
We select consensus (Raft, IBFT, PBFT, or proof-of-stake variants) based on your trust model and throughput needs. Permissioned BFT consensus typically gives sub-second deterministic finality โ no waiting for probabilistic confirmations โ which matters for settlement and supply-chain workflows.
We use channels, private data collections, and zero-knowledge or selective-disclosure techniques so participants share a verifiable state without exposing commercially sensitive data to every node โ a core requirement for real consortium adoption.
Tell us who needs to share the ledger and what must stay private. We'll come back with a network design โ and a fixed quote.
